Job Description

Unit Support:
-perform office support functions for Transfer & Transition Services
-gather and disseminate information and prepare reports as needed
-process and maintain data files, mains office files and archives
-manage office operations
-serve as liaison with other departments
-coordinate, collect, track, distribute monthly, semester, and annual reports

Budget & Purchasing
-manage budget, purchasing, and property responsibilities ofr department
-balance monthly budget, provide weekly, bi-weekly updates, provide additional information as needed
-coordinate travel arrangement process all invoices, purchase requisitions, LPO’s TAR, reimbursement vouchers, etc.

-manage payroll processing
-process the preparation of personnel paperwork, maintain persoonel recoords, all clerical operations as required
-supervise student assistants

Program Support
-provide support as needed for Transfer & Transition Services
-all other duties as assigned to support office and unit operations

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma and five years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. If minimum requirements of the position do not require post high school education, an applicant is not required to provide the information on the application.
